I walked into Hampton Inn yesterday evening. I asked for one of their standard rooms/ king size bed. The front desk person: Amy, told me several things, and she was not nice. She told me that because I was local: they could only do a deposit, and a credit card. Today, I am calling their headquarters, with the address, and Amy will be at the top of the list for complaints. I did noticed that most Hampton Inns have more complaints than most hotels in the states.
